Our week was pretty good. We did a ton of service throughout the week and a couple other good lessons and appointments. It was super hot all week too. Every day this last week was above 100, but this coming week the hottest day is 90. Oh well, that's Cali. We were able to conduct a youth fireside this week as well. It was super cool. We had all of the youth write down some questions and then at the fireside we did our best to get through them. We had 40, and we thought we would struggle to fill our time, but we actually only got through 16 of them. We also had cheeseburgers 4 times this week for dinner, and one of them was microwave white castles. It was just one of the men in the ward and his family was all out doing stuff, so he went and bought a box of 30 at costco and said when we started "now I expect all of these to be gone when we're done!" There were four of us missionaries and him. Kinda tough to eat them all. Then he gave us each ten oreos and milk to try to stuff down for dessert. Let's just say we all felt super fat afterwards. Anyways, maybe we'll have some healthier dinners this coming week.
