So I'll start with my new companion. His name is Elder Burton. He's from Clearfield, Utah and he is 19. He plays the viola and played in orchestra in high school. There'll be a picture at the bottom. Things are going alright though. We have one investigator with a date, a couple others progressing, and we're working with a few less active families to get them back to church. We've slowed down on the finding though. We are just working with different momentum and getting used to that is difficult. We will adjust.
Other than transfers nothing too exciting happened. It's starting to warm up again. We are still getting rain so that makes it cold but on the dry days it's pretty warm. So now it's just lugging around all that extra warm gear that I have now, but it's worth it.
We are allowed to go and do fun things like that. Like we could go to Sonora or Yosemite. Or we can go bowling or to Calaveras big trees. But we just struggle to get the other stuff done throughout the day that we haven't decided to set aside time for that yet. The only other fun thing in Stockton would be the streets. Except we get enough of that while proselyting.
That's about it for the week.
Love,
Elder Weber
