Dear Family and Friends,
Our week was pretty good. It had it's goods and bads. But Elder Petersen and I are staying together. We will be having the other Galt Elders moving in with us for a couple weeks though. We will also be staying district leaders, but we are having some changes to our district so we'll see how it is in a week. We had quite a few things happen this week:
We also were able to have a family home evening like dinner and activity with our recent convert Kaelen and her family. It was super good to have her dad there this visit because he was able to see how normal we were rather than just robots. I think it opened some more doors between us and that family. You might have gotten a video from that night from Kaelen's mom.
The main experience this week was when we got locked out of our house. Obviously I wasn't making the smartest decision, but it lead to a great learning experience. We prayed and asked if God would open the door, if we should just wait for the zone leaders, or if there was another way. The answer we got was that there was another way. We went to dinner and thought some more and the night ended in us staying with the other Elders, but it helped us to see the real blessing of the house we live in.
Overall it was a good week. I'm excited to get to stay here for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so we'll see how the next 6 weeks go!
Love,
Elder Weber
